Jerilene Tibayan, MHA, serves as a project manager at HC2 Strategies. Jerilene has over five years of experience in project management within healthcare and public health settings. She excels in building relationships, managing budgets, and improving processes.
Prior to joining HC2 Strategies, Jerilene served as a project manager at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). She managed projects centered on population health and health equity, including the Child Health Equity Collaborative funded by the California Department of Health Care Services. Additionally, Jerilene supported IHI’s strategic partnerships, internal functional teams, and projects focused on improving health and healthcare outcomes for older adults and pediatric cancer patients.
Jerilene received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with an emphasis in social services from the University of California, Davis. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, East Bay.
