Rick Rawson is a Co-Founder of HC² Strategies. He has led 5 different hospitals and regional health systems over the last 22 years. In addition to serving as President of Adventist Health and Rideout, he has also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor and Executive in Residence for the past 7 years for the Loma Linda University School of Public Health. He also holds an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  

Working over 38 years as a mission-driven leader in the healthcare industry, he is known as an innovator and strategist who has inspired teams to transform culture and performance in his organizations and communities.  His passion is empowering people to create innovative community partnerships and governance models for sustainability.  

Rick is uniquely gifted as an executive strategist and a leadership influencer. As a consultant and coach, Rawson works with individuals, teams, and community organizations who seek to align vision with execution and who are willing to do what it takes to transcend their current circumstances to live up to their possibilities.
