Laura Acosta is HC²’s best practices and methodology expert in Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA).

In addition to her CHNA expertise, she helps communities and healthcare systems reimagine the patient/consumer experience and align profits with processes that deepen trust and nourish
engagement at every touchpoint.  

Acosta consults with a rich knowledge in healthcare administration, community-based activities, faith communities, and healthy communities’ initiatives. Her leadership work with Inland Empire Economic Partnership and Healthcare Executives of Southern California gives her rich knowledge in building and engaging programs that advocate for holistic improvement for all the residence in the region. 

Ms. Acosta earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, and a master’s in public health from
Loma Linda University with a focus in policy and leadership.
